This website is owned and operated by Flashmotors LTD a corporation dully incorporated and existing under the laws of the republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 449851, having its registered office address at Nikolaou Nikolaide & Kiniras 1 Center Point Block B Office 312 3rd Floor, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus.
This warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Flashmotors LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the scooters manufactured by our company (“Scooters”). This Warranty is applicable for a duration of one year from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. However, please note that certain components, as outlined below, are excluded from this Warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
1. Scope: This Warranty covers all parts and labor necessary to remedy defects in materials or workmanship found in the Scooter during normal use.
2. Warranty Period: The Warranty period is one year counting from the date of the original purchase.
3. Remedies: In the event of a valid Warranty claim, we reserve the right to:
a. Repair the defective parts or replace them with equivalent products at no additional cost to the customer.
b. Choose to refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible, subject to applicable laws and conditions.
Exclusions:
This Warranty specifically excludes the following components:
1. Brakes: Brake systems, including brake calipers and brake lines.
2. Brake Pads: Brake pads used in the Scooter’s braking system.
3. Brake Discs: Brake discs or rotors used in the Scooter’s braking system.
4. Tires: Tires, including both front and rear tires.
Please note that this list of exclusions is not exhaustive. It is essential to refer to the Scooter’s user manual for a complete list of components not covered under this Warranty.
Warranty Conditions:
1. Proper Use: This Warranty is valid only if the Scooter is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.
2. Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the Scooter will void this Warranty.
3. Proof of Purchase: The original proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, is required to make a warranty claim.
4. Notification: Any potential Warranty claim must be reported to us within the Warranty period. Please contact our customer service department to initiate the claim process.
5. Transportation: The cost of shipping or transporting the Scooter to our designated service centers or authorized repair facilities shall be borne by the customer.
6. Limited Liability: Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in this warranty document. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with this Warranty.
7. Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY FOR FRAME
In addition to the basic one-year warranty provided for all Scooters, Flashmotors LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an extended warranty specifically for the frame of our more expensive Scooter models (“Frame Warranty”). This Frame Warranty is intended to provide our customers with an extra level of coverage for the lifetime of the Scooter’s frame, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Frame Warranty Coverage:
1. Scope: The Frame Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship found in the Scooter’s frame during normal use.
2. Warranty Period: The Frame Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the Scooter’s frame, starting from the date of the original purchase.
3. Remedies: In the event of a valid Frame Warranty claim, we reserve the right to:
a. Repair the defective frame or replace it with an equivalent frame product at no additional cost to the customer.
b. Choose to refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible, subject to applicable laws and conditions.

This Frame Warranty specifically excludes the following components:
1. Accessories and Attachments: Any additional accessory or attachment added to the Scooter, which is not an integral part of the frame itself.

Lifetime Warranty for Shield and Engine
This Lifetime Warranty (“the Warranty”) is provided by Flashmotors LTD (“the Company”) to the original purchaser (“the Customer”) of the specific scooter package. This Warranty stands only for one-time use and covers the shield and engine components of the scooter package. The Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
a) The Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the scooter package from Flashmotors LTD.
b) The Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended or assigned to any other party.
2. Scope of Warranty:
a) The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the shield and engine components of the scooter package.
b) The Warranty ensures that Flashmotors LTD will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective shield or engine component.
c) The Warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
d) The Warranty is void if repairs or modifications are carried out by unauthorized personnel or service centers.
3. Warranty Period:
a) The Lifetime Warranty is valid for the entire lifespan of the scooter package and remains in effect until the original Customer no longer owns the scooter package.
b) The Warranty becomes null and void if the scooter package is sold or transferred to another individual or entity.
4. Claim Process:
a) To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase.
b) The Customer must contact Flashmotors LTD’s authorized service center for evaluation and resolution of the warranty claim.
c) All transportation costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the Customer, including shipping to and from the service center.
5. Resolution of Warranty Claims:
a) Flashmotors LTD reserves the right to repair or replace any defective component covered by the Warranty. The Company holds sole discretion in determining the appropriate remedy for a warranty claim.
b) The Customer acknowledges that the repair or replacement offered by Flashmotors LTD is the sole remedy under this Warranty and that no further claims or liabilities can be made against the Company.
6. Limitations of Liability:
a) Flashmotors LTD is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages caused by the use or inability to use the scooter package.
b) The total liability of Flashmotors LTD under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective shield or engine component.
By purchasing the best scooter package from Flashmotors LTD, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions laid out in this Lifetime Warranty document. Flashmotors LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty at any time without prior notice.
