This website is owned and operated by Flashmotors LTD a corporation dully incorporated and existing under the laws of the republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 449851, having its registered office address at Nikolaou Nikolaide & Kiniras 1 Center Point Block B Office 312 3rd Floor, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus.
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using or purchasing our scooters (“Product”). These Terms, along with the legal notice, withdrawal and return policy, shipping policy, complaint policy, and liabilities stated herein, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Flashmotors LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using or purchasing the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions of these Terms, please refrain from using the Product.
1. Legal Notice:
a. Our scooters are intended for personal use and should be operated responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of Cyprus. It is your responsibility to comply with any licensing, registration, or other legal requirements for the operation of scooters in your jurisdiction.
2. Withdrawal, Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:
a. As per the laws and regulations of Cyprus, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason, starting from the day you receive the Product.
b. To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us in writing or through any other durable medium stating your decision to withdraw.
c. If you choose to exercise your withdrawal right, you must return the Product to us in its original condition, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.
d. Upon receipt of the returned Product in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees paid by you, within 14 days.
e. Please note that any deterioration of the Product due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product may result in a reduction of your refund.
3. Shipping Policy:
a. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery date.
b. Any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions, shall not be our responsibility.
c. Any additional shipping costs, such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
4. Complaint Policy:
a. We value your satisfaction and strive to resolve any issues or concerns you may have. If you encounter any problems with the Product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, providing relevant details to assist us in addressing your complaint.
b. We will make best efforts to respond to and resolve your complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner.
5. Liabilities under Cyprus Law:
a. Our liabilities and obligations under these Terms are subject to the laws and regulations of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
