We at Flashmotors LTD (“we” “us,” or “our”) are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To provide clarity and transparency, we have established the following return policy (“Return Policy”) that applies to products purchased directly from us. a. As per the laws and regulations of Cyprus, The Return Policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from us within the past 14 days.
b. Only products that are in new, unused condition, and with all original packaging and accessories, are eligible for return.
c. The Return Policy applies to individual consumers and may not be applicable to bulk or wholesale purchases.
2. Return Process:
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within 14 days from the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization.
b. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product to us.
c. The returned product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refund:
a. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
b. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
c. Please note that any shipping and handling fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Products:
