By using or purchasing the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. • Legal Notice:

  • Our scooters are intended for personal use and should be operated responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of Cyprus. It is your responsibility to comply with any licensing, registration, or other legal requirements for the operation of scooters in your jurisdiction.

• Withdrawal, Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

  • As per the laws and regulations of Cyprus, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason, starting from the day you receive the Product.

  • To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us in writing or through any other durable medium stating your decision to withdraw.

  • If you choose to exercise your withdrawal right, you must return the Product to us in its original condition, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.

  • Upon receipt of the returned Product in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees paid by you, within 14 days.

  • Please note that any deterioration of the Product due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product may result in a reduction of your refund.

• Shipping Policy:

  • We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery date.

  • Any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions, shall not be our responsibility.

  • Any additional shipping costs, such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
